Optional services depend on the installed app version. Rewarded ads start only when you choose to watch one and the required privacy choices permit it. You can keep playing without watching ads or making purchases. Analytics and error reporting have separate optional controls. Unavailable services cannot be enabled in a build that does not include them.
Your garden stays on this device
Progress, preferences and a recovery backup are stored locally. There is no game account or automatic cloud save. Your device or browser may keep its own backups. Exported saves contain game progress and settings.
Optional means optional
Analytics, error reporting and rewarded videos are separate choices, off by default. Only configured services can be enabled. Refusing them does not block the garden. Consent is stored on this device and is not imported with another garden.
PostHog · gameplay analytics
When enabled, milestones, sessions, screen time, aggregated action counts and basic app context are sent to PostHog’s EU endpoint to understand progression and reliability. No session replay, advertising identifier, full save, email or free-text message is sent by the game. Network providers can still receive connection information such as an IP address.
Unsent analytics
With analytics enabled, up to 100 unsent events may wait on this device for up to 7 days. Turning analytics off clears that queue and its random app identifier. Events include selected milestones, active days and active play time; the identifier is not your name or an advertising ID.
Sentry · error reports
When enabled, reports of errors inside the running game help find problems. They include error type and time, app build and code locations in a sanitized error stack. Private error messages, full saves, screenshots and support messages are excluded. Sentry also receives connection information. Native operating-system crashes are not reported by this feature.
Google AdMob · optional videos
If available and enabled, Google’s consent form is checked before ads are requested. The game requests non-personalized rewarded ads. Google may process device, connection and ad-interaction data to deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud. Non-personalized does not mean no data collection. You choose every video.
Keeping and deleting data
Local progress remains until it is replaced or reset. Restart game deletes the current garden, its recovery backup and preferences after two confirmations; exported files and device backups are separate. Turning a service off stops future collection, but does not erase data already sent. Provider data follows the configured project’s retention settings; this app cannot erase it remotely. Contact support about access or deletion.
When you ask for help
A diagnostic export contains app version, platform, service choices and limited error codes, not a full save or personal identifier. Exporting opens your device’s sharing options or downloads a file. An email draft is sent only by you in your mail app; support then receives your email address, message and any report you include. Messages remain in the support mailbox; this app has no automatic mailbox deletion timer. Contact support to request deletion.
Store purchases · RevenueCat
Purchases are optional one-time consumables. When you connect to the store, Apple or Google and RevenueCat process product IDs, transaction records, a random app customer ID, platform and connection information to verify payment and recover unfinished purchases. Card details stay with the store. No advertising identifier is collected by our purchase integration. Local purchase records and unused paid items survive a game reset; exported garden files cannot replace this device’s purchase inventory. Consumables are not promised to restore after uninstalling or moving devices. Contact support with your store receipt for help, access or deletion requests. Providers may retain transaction information as required for their services and legal obligations.
Your rights
For support correspondence, we use the information you choose to send to answer your request. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing the operator. Where applicable, you may also request restriction or portability, object to processing and complain to your data protection authority (in Hungary: NAIH, naih.hu). Withdrawal of any consent does not affect prior lawful processing.
App stores and this website
Apple and Google handle app distribution, installation, device and testing feedback information under their respective privacy terms. This support website is hosted by Expo (EAS Hosting); hosting infrastructure receives technical connection information, including IP address, to serve and protect the site. This site adds no advertising, tracking scripts or analytics cookies.
